Job Description:
We are recruiting for a growing facilities management company - we’re looking for a bright, motivated and organised Office Administrator to support the Office Manager with admin and ad hoc finance support.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on organisational values, exceptional customer service and wants to make a meaningful difference as the business expands.
Office based Monday to Friday - flexible working hours ().

Duties include
*Provide day to day administrative support to the operations team
*Learn and maintain the scheduling system, including data input and job scheduling
*Assist with document management, data entry and internal communications
*Support compliance and health & safety processes
*Respond to customer queries with professionalism
*Support the Office Manager with HR process and on boarding of new staff
*Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager
Skills/Experience
*Experience in an administrative or office support role
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
