General Manager — Hospitality & Leisure
Location: South Birmingham Area
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000+ EV Car
Are you ready to lead from the front? Bring your energy, ideas and generally running the show to make your mark. I’m looking for an inspiring General Manager to run a buzzing venue that’s all about great service, tight operations, and a brilliant guest experience.
Role:
*Lead, coach, and motivate your team to smash targets and keep standards sky-high.
*Own the day-to-day — from service quality and presentation to cash, compliance, and community links.
*Keep an eagle eye on performance, profitability, and improvements — and act fast when things need a boost.
*Drive fresh ideas through marketing, seasonal promos, and smart menu choices.
*Champion safety, cleanliness, and compliance across all areas (you set the example).
*Protect what matters — people, assets, and reputation.
What you’ll need:
*3+ years of management experience in hospitality, leisure, or a similar customer-focused environment.
*Strong leadership and communication skills (you know how to inspire a team).
*Good head for numbers and comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
*Personal Licence,
*Flexible schedule — nights, weekends, and holidays are all part of the fun.
