I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a growing Manchester-based organisation, who are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong payroll expertise to take responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing and lead a small, dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
*Lead, mentor, and support a small payroll team.
*Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
*Continuously review payroll processes to improve efficiency.
*Resolve payroll queries from employees and management.
*Produce payroll reports and contribute to management reporting.


Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience as a Payroll Manager
*Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC reporting.
*Experience managing a small team with excellent leadership skills.
*Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
