We are looking for a highly organised and personable individual to join our growing team in a key Customer Care & Office Support role. This position offers a varied workload, combining customer interaction with operational support, and provides a strong foundation for progression within financial services.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Care & Office Support Executive to join our team. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting both customer outcomes and day-to-day office operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly, documentation is handled accurately, and internal teams are supported effectively. This role would suit someone who takes pride in being reliable, detail-oriented and willing to go above and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling inbound calls, assisting with customer queries and directing calls where appropriate
*Making outbound calls to customers or third parties to support case progression and resolve queries
*Creating suitability letters in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements
*Managing and sorting inbound post, ensuring timely distribution
*Supporting internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
*Managing deliveries, stock checks and general office organisation
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in an administrative, customer care or office-based role preferred
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with a personable and professional approach
*Proactive mindset with a willingness to support wider business needs
*Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Training & Development
*Full onboarding and role-specific training provided
*Ongoing support from management and wider team
*Opportunities to develop within a growing financial services business
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 09:30 – 18:00
Friday: 09:30 – 13:30
