Hackney Council is seeking a senior practitioner for its Commissioning Reviews team.




This assignment will last 3 months initially, paid at £36 umbrella.




The role will involve the following:
*Reviewing placements in commissioned services
*Ensuring services meet assessed needs and maintain quality
*Updating support plans if needed
*Strengths-based reviews under the Care Act
*Some supervisory responsibilities

Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*Must have significant post-qualified experience in statutory adult social care
*Must have excellent knowledge of commissioned services and the review process
