Qualified Nursery Practitioner in Swindon!

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking for flexiblework across local primary schools and early years settings? Hays Education isseeking experienced and qualified early years professionals to supportnurseries and reception classes within our partner schools.
Your New Role
You will work within Early Years environments toprovide highquality care, learning and development for children aged 0-5. Rolesmay include:
*Supporting daytoday learning in Nursery or Reception
*Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
*Assisting with planning and delivering EYFSaligned activities
*Observing and monitoring children’s progress
*Supporting children with varying needs and abilities
*Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN support and parents
What You’ll Needto Succeed
*A relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 2 or above)
*Experience working within EYFS settings
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
