Description
As Procurement Business Partner, duties will include, however, not be limited to:
*Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
*Provide expert advice on procurement processes and compliance requirements.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
*Manage and oversee tendering processes to ensure value for money.
*Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to optimise service delivery.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and meet procurement needs.
*Ensure adherence to public sector procurement regulations and policies.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement practices and procedures.
Profile
A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:
*A strong background in procurement, within the public sector.
*PA23 Certified.
*Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
*Excellent knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A relevant professional qualification or membership (e.g., CIPS) is desirable.
