The Role
*1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant position
*Supporting a pupil with specific learning and developmental needs
*Helping with tailored activities, classroom participation and daily routines
*Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support
*Creating a positive, structured and encouraging learning environment
About You
We’re looking forsomeone who:
*Has experience working with children with SEN (school experience desirable)
*Is patient, proactive and nurturing in their approach
*Can build strong, supportive working relationships
*Is reliable, adaptable and confident following support plans
*Works well as part of a collaborative school team
