*Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum
*Support pupils in preparation for end of Key Stage 2 SATs
*Create a focused, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
*Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
*Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil achievement
*Work collaboratively with colleagues across Upper KS2

*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
