Resourcing4HR are delighted to be partnering with this US owned international client, to recruit an experienced HR professional looking to step into a highly visible and impactful role.
This role reports directly into the EMEA HR Director and works closely with senior leaders across IT (UK & US), Finance, and HR. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda for a corporate population of circa 100 employees, combining both operational HR and strategic project work.
What you’ll be doing:
*Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to senior stakeholders
*Leading on talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy (including across EMEA IT)
*Driving employee engagement, wellbeing, EHS, and diversity initiatives
*Overseeing recruitment for key roles and supporting broader hiring across EMEA
*Managing employee relations cases and supporting managers to handle people matters effectively
*Leading performance management, salary review, and goal-setting processes
*Supporting organisational change and delivering HR projects and global initiatives
About you:
*5+ years’ experience in a generalist or specialist HR role
*Strong knowledge across all areas of HR
*Confident working with senior stakeholders up to VP level
*CIPD qualified
*Proactive, curious, and passionate about driving people initiatives
*Degree educated
