What you’ll do as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
*Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
*Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
*Assist with behaviour support strategies
*Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
*Promote engagement with learning activities
What we’re looking for in an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
*Experience supporting behaviour needs (preferred)
*Calm and consistent approach
*Strong teamwork skills
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
