Inside Sales Executive
Location: Tonbridge
Type: FTC – 9 months (Immediate start)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm, Friday 9:00am–3:00pm (36.5 hours)
Pay: £14.50–£16.00 per hour
Annual Equivalent: £27,454–£30,368
A well-established professional services firm in Tonbridge is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to nurture warm business leads and support client retention. This is a great opportunity for someone confident on the phone and motivated by relationship-building rather than hard sales.
Key Duties
*Speaking with warm inbound leads and explaining service options
*Following up on previous enquiries to convert into appointments
*Maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM
*Preparing sales proposals and sending follow-up materials
*Assisting the marketing team with call-outs for campaigns
*Managing your own pipeline and achieving realistic conversion targets
*Providing exceptional customer experience at all times
Requirements
*Previous sales or telesales experience (warm leads or B2B preferred)
*Clear and professional communication style
*Comfortable working to KPIs
*Strong IT skills
*Immediate availability and RTW in the UK essential
