Part-Time Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Nursery) - Preston Area
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly nursery team on a part-time basis. Our nursery is proudly attached to a welcoming primary school in the Preston area, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for both children and staff.
Working Days:
This is a part-time role working Tuesdays and Wednesdays, starting after the Easter half term.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working closely with the class teacher and wider team, you will help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision
*Assist with planning and implementing activities in line with the EYFS framework
*Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
*Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
*Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Essential Requirements:
*Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential - applicants without this will not be considered)
*Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
*A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A caring, patient, and proactive approach
