Business Support Administrator
Location: Nottingham (Office-based only)
Salary: £27,040 – £27,517 per annum
DBS Required
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our Nottingham-based team. This is a vital role supporting children and families through the court referral process, ensuring that cases are handled efficiently, sensitively, and accurately.
Please note: this is an office-based role only – this role is not hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Receive referrals from the Court
Create, update, and close cases within our case management system
Prepare and send letters and information packs to children and families
Identify missing information and follow up with the relevant parties
Respond to telephone enquiries in a professional and supportive manner
Meet and greet visitors, including children and families
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Ensure all information is handled with accuracy, sensitivity, and confidentiality
We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and empathy to the role. You will have:
A relevant business administration qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Confident, capable use of MS Office at a basic–intermediate level
Clear, confident communication skills across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
The ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment with strict deadlines
A team-focused mindset and a willingness to support colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Additional Requirements
Must be able to work from the Nottingham office full-time
Enhanced DBS check required
