Join a fast-paced manufacturing business as a Distribution Manager, taking ownership of warehousing, logistics, and end-to-end distribution.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee warehouse, logistics, goods-in, storage & multi-channel fulfilment
*Lead, train & develop warehouse and logistics teams
*Maintain stock accuracy and support supply chain planning
*Ensure efficient, accurate order fulfilment and on-time dispatch
*Support transport planning and manage courier/logistics relationships
*Champion safety, compliance & documentation standards
*Drive continuous improvement and act as WMS super-user
What You’ll Bring*Proven experience in distribution/warehouse/logistics management
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Manufacturing or fast-paced operational background
*Knowledge of stock control, dispatch, and WMS systems
*Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
What’s On Offer*£35,000-£40,000 DOE
*Monday-Friday
