We are working with a fast-growing video production company creating high-impact content for brands and creators. We’re looking for a detail-driven Temporary Accounts Assistant to support their finance operations. This is a Remote role but you may be required to attend a weekly team meeting in northwest London, if you also have access to your own laptop that will be beneficial. This is a temporary 6 week role, potentially going permanent or being extended further. The hourly pay rate for this role will be £17.50 via an Umbrella company
Key Responsibilities:
*Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
*Manage accounts payable/receivable
*Bank and card reconciliations
*Support month-end tasks
*Handle finance queries from clients and suppliers
*High level double entry experience
About You:
*Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
*Confident using Excel and accounting systems
*Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
*Experience in finance or admin is a bonus
