Social Media Sales Manager (Remote)

A rare opportunity for a Social Media Sales Manager to join our high-performing virtual sales team has arisen. If you have significant experience in the travel industry and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role is for you. The team are dedicated to building relationships and providing outstanding service to ensure our customers have unforgettable holiday experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven sales management experience, preferably in the travel industry.
*Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and excel in converting leads.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly online.
*Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while remaining connected with the team.
*Experience managing multiple social media platforms and engaging with a diverse customer base.
*PPC would be advantageous but not essential. A basic understanding of online customer acquisition would be useful. Content promotion and offer positioning is preferred.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle customer enquiries across multiple platforms including our main Facebook page, Cruise Facebook page, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
*Engage customers actively seeking their next holiday, converting conversations into bookings.
*Deliver fast, responsive service to maintain a competitive edge.
*Provide comprehensive end-to-end customer service, ensuring customers are supported and excited throughout their journey.
*Source and promote your own products and offers on social media, keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity.
*Track performance of promotions and refine future offers to maximize effectiveness.
