**EYFS Teacher**

**The Role:**
* Full teaching responsibility within Nursery or Reception
* Delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
* Supporting early phonics, communication, and personal development
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Observing, assessing, and tracking children’s progress
* Working closely with support staff and parents

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience or strong interest in EYFS
* Understanding of child development and early learning strategies
* Patient, nurturing, and creative approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
