Are you a dedicated and inspiring Primary Teacher seeking a new opportunity in Blackburn? At Hays Education, I’m supporting a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS2 practitioner or an enthusiastic ECT who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality teaching.
Your new role
As the successful Year 3 Teacher, you will:
*Plan and deliver stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
*Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
*Track and assess pupil progress to ensure all learners achieve their potential
*Contribute positively to the wider school community
*Build strong, professional relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience beneficial)
*Strong classroom management skills
*A passion for raising attainment and creating engaging learning experiences
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
