Your new role
This role encompasses a wide spectrum of corporate work, with a particular focus on M&A transactions. The client portfolio is extensive, covering both substantial corporates and dynamic SMEs. You will engage closely with clients and contribute to the team’s business development activities.

What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a corporate solicitor with around two to five years’ PQE, bringing solid transactional experience and confidence in handling matters. The team may also consider an NQ who can demonstrate substantial prior corporate experience and strong communication skills.
