Warehouse Operative / FLT DriverLocation: Droitwich
Pay: £13.02 per hour + Holiday Pay (Weekly Pay)
Contract: Full Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (Overtime available)
About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our client’s busy and growing team in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position with potential to go permanent.
Own transport is essential due to the location.
Expired FLT certificates will be considered - refresher training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities*Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
*Unload containers
*Manage stock via Warehouse Management System (WMS)
*Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
*Re-stack pallets and organise warehouse space
*Adhere to all health & safety procedures
*Communicate effectively with colleagues and office staff
*Pick and prepare orders for despatch

*Good level of computer literacy
*Excellent attendance & punctuality
*Positive, can-do attitude
*Quick thinker with good problem-solving skills
*Effective communication and writing skills
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team
*Manual handling experience
