Are you energetic, adaptable, and ready to make a difference in young people’s lives? We’re on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to step into the classroom and keep the learning flowing when teachers are away!
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be the friendly face guiding students through pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects. No two days are the same-you might be supporting a lively Year 7 class in the morning and helping focused Year 11 students prepare for exams in the afternoon!
What You’ll Be Doing
*Delivering engaging, pre-set lessons to KS3 & KS4 students
*Keeping classrooms calm, focused, and positive
*Encouraging participation and supporting student progress
*Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and fairness
*Becoming a trusted role model in the school community
What We’re Looking For
*A natural communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
*Someone who enjoys working with young people (and can match their energy!)
*Strong classroom presence and the ability to think on your feet
*Organised, reliable, and ready for anything the school day brings
*Experience in education is great-but not essential!
