Personal Assistant to CEO
City of London (hybrid – 3 days in office)
Up to £65,000 + excellent benefits

A well-established, international consultancy based in the City of London is seeking an exceptional ’Personal Assistant’ to support their CEO. This is a pivotal role for a highly experienced PA who is confident operating at senior level, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can act as a true right-hand support.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive, high-level support to a CEO with an extremely busy, international schedule. This role requires someone who can take ownership, act as a gatekeeper, and manage priorities with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
*Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
*Acting as a gatekeeper – managing access, prioritising requests, and protecting the CEO’s time
*Extensive international travel coordination (flights, hotels, itineraries)
*Managing a high-volume inbox – flagging priorities and drafting responses where appropriate
*Processing expenses
*Organising and coordinating board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing board packs
*Preparing and formatting documents
*Proactively reminding and preparing the CEO for up-and -coming meetings
*Acting on behalf of the CEO where appropriate, including stakeholder communication
*Organising internal and client events
*Supporting the wider team with diary management when needed
About You
*Proven experience supporting at CEO or senior executive level
*Strong experience with complex diary management and international travel
*Confident gate-keeper with the ability to push back and manage senior stakeholders
*Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence
*Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a demanding work-load
*Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
*Experience preparing board packs and taking minutes
