We’re working with a leading Housing Association in Barnet who are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join their team on a Temp-Perm basis. This is a great opportunity for engineers who want consistency, realistic workloads and strong earning potential.
The Role:
*Carrying out annual gas services
*Diagnosing and repairing boiler breakdowns
*Completing domestic boiler and heating system installations
*Working across occupied social housing properties
*Delivering work in line with Gas Safety regulations and best practice
*Maintaining a strong first-time-fix approach
*Completing an average of 6-7 jobs per day (quality over quantity)

Requirements:
*Strong experience in domestic gas servicing, breakdowns and installations
*Previous Housing Association Experience (preferred)
*Previous Social Housing Experience (necessary)
*Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*Good customer service and communication

*CCN1
*CENWAT
*HTR1
*CKR1
