Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs across mainstream Primary & Secondary and SEN Provisions.
About the Role*Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, SEMH needs, or physical disabilities
*Assisting with communication, personal development, and daily routines
*Working 1:1 or within small groups
*Building strong, supportive relationships with students
Ideal Candidate*Background in care, support work, SEN roles, or similar
*Passion for working with children with additional needs
*Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
*Willingness to learn and adapt
