Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and patient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil with Additional Need. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with children with additional needs and is passionate about helping students thrive.
Key Duties*Providing 1:1 support tailored to the child’s needs
*Supporting communication, routine, and transitions
*Encouraging independence and confidence
*Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
