Job Description:
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Norfolk? We are seeking confident and adaptable TAs to support KS1 & 2 classes in a range of Primary Schools.
About the Role*Supporting the class teacher with whole-class activities
*Running small group interventions
*Providing general classroom support and helping maintain a positive learning environment
*Assisting with pupil engagement, behaviour and learning tasks
About You*Previous experience as a TA or in a support-based role
*A genuine passion for working with children
*Ability to adapt to new settings and routines
*Strong communication and organisational skills
