Field Sales Representative
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Contract: Temporary Permanent
Location: Motherwell
Package & Benefits
*Car allowance: £250 per month
*Fuel card provided
*Uncapped commission structure

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is target-driven, confident building relationships, and enjoys being out on the road meeting customers.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate new business through field-based sales activity
*Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio
*Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
*Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow-ups
*Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
About You
*Previous field sales experience is advantageous but not essential
*Strong communication and rapport-building skills
*Self-motivated with a proactive approach
*Full UK driver’s licence and own vehicle
