Job Description:
Early Years Practitioner – Redhill, Surrey RH1
Salary: £30,600 per year | £14.00 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, degree, and age)
Hours: 42 hours over 4 full days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding, family-focused nursery near Redhill (RH1).

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
*Provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Manage daily routines including meals, playtime, and naps
*Observe and assess children’s development and adapt activities accordingly
*Collaborate with other educators to develop innovative programmes
*Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and attendance
About You
*Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
*Excellent relationship-building skills with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
