We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join a busy and growing team based in Manchester City Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, delivering excellent service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming calls from customers, providing support and guidance
*Assist with enquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
*Accurately input and update customer information on internal systems
*Support with general administrative duties
*Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
*Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
*Good attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data
*Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
*Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
*Previous customer service or call handling experience is beneficial but not essential
