Salary: £60k-£65k
Reports to: FP&A Manager
The Role
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior FP&A Analyst to join a premier, award-winning national property group during a period of significant growth. Positioning yourself at the heart of the finance function, you will act as a key partner to senior leadership, providing the financial insights and strategic analysis necessary to drive informed decision-making. This role is ideal for a proactive analyst who enjoys blending technical financial modelling with cross-divisional stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
What you will be doing:
*Play a lead role in the Group’s budgeting and forecasting cycles, taking full ownership of the planning process for specific business divisions.
*Own the monthly reporting suite, delivering high-quality analysis that helps executive and divisional leaders understand business drivers.
*Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support ad hoc business initiatives, investment appraisals, and strategic projects.
*Lead the development of KPI reporting and interactive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
*Proactively identify and implement ways to streamline reporting processes and enhance the depth of commercial insight.
*Collaborate closely with the Head of FP&A and divisional finance teams to ensure alignment across the Group.
What we are looking for:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Demonstrable experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or advanced financial analysis roles.
*Advanced Excel skills are essential, including proficiency in Power Query or similar data transformation tools.
*The ability to dissect large, complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
*A confident communicator who can build relationships with operational leadership and finance colleagues alike.
*Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Jedox) and a background in the property or multi-site sectors.
Why Join:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious analyst to join a company that views investment in people as a core cultural pillar. You will benefit from tailored development programmes and a proven track record of internal promotion. Beyond a competitive package, the role offers a supportive, collaborative environment where excellence is recognised through quarterly and yearly awards, alongside a generous holiday allowance that grows with your tenure.
