Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant DoverAcademics are seeking a confident and supportive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils requiring additional behavioural support in a primary school in Dover.

What you’ll do as a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:
*Support pupils with behaviour regulation strategies
*Provide 1:1 and small group support
*Promote positive learning behaviours
*Build strong relationships with pupils
*Support the wider classroom environment
What we’re looking for in a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:
*Experience supporting behaviour needs (desirable)
*Calm and consistent approach
*Positive attitude and resilience
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
*You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
