What you’ll do as an HLTA:
*Deliver lessons across the primary curriculum when required
*Support small group interventions
*Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery
*Provide targeted support for pupils who need additional help
*Promote a positive learning environment
What we’re looking for in an HLTA:
*HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
*Strong classroom confidence
*Flexible and proactive approach
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
