An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and career-driven Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well-established and respected law firm.
Working closely with Senior Associates, you will handle a varied caseload of medium to high-value claims, including:
Occupational Liability (OL)
Employer’s Liability (EL)
Public Liability (PL)
Medical Negligence
The Role
*Manage your own caseload from instruction through to settlement
*Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
*Draft and review legal documentation
*Carry out legal research and stay up to date with legislation
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality client service
