Are you an Account Manager from a manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution background, looking to join a fast-growing business with strong earning potential and full autonomy over your territory?


You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with major customers across retail, hospitality, and commercial environments, ensuring continued growth and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a field-based role where you will manage your own schedule, visiting clients and identifying new opportunities.


This company is a rapidly expanding manufacturer of premium tissue products, supplying into major retailers and the hospitality sector across the UK. With ambitious growth plans, they offer excellent progression opportunities and a supportive, high-performing sales environment.


This role would suit a proactive and commercially driven Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and growing a territory in a fast-paced industry.


The Role:
*Manage and grow key customer accounts across your territory
* Identify and win new business opportunities
* Conduct regular client visits across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors
* Work towards and exceed quarterly sales targets
* Provide excellent customer service and account support
* Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline activity


The Person:
*Experience in account management or field sales
* Background in manufacturing or FMCG preferred
* Full UK driving licence
