SENIOR DATA ANALYST (MARKETING)
£ + 10% BONUS + BENEFITS
WHITE CITY (4 DAYS PER WEEK)
THE COMPANY
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global data-driven marketing and technology business operating at the forefront of digital media and customer analytics. The company partners with major consumer brands to optimise marketing performance through advanced data, audience targeting, and campaign measurement.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Analyst (Marketing), you will sit within a high-performing analytics team, working closely with clients to deliver insight and drive marketing effectiveness. This is a highly client-facing role with a strong mix of hands-on analysis and strategic input.
Key responsibilities include:
*Working directly with clients to understand campaign objectives and deliver actionable insights
*Analysing large-scale customer and campaign data to assess performance and identify opportunities
*Supporting conversations around marketing effectiveness, including MMM and econometric approaches
*Interpreting results from campaigns and advising on optimisation strategies
*Collaborating with internal teams across media, product, and account management
*Supporting broader analytical projects such as customer segmentation, LTV, and behavioural analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Strong experience in data/marketing analytics (5+ years preferred)
*Good understanding of MMM/econometrics principles and statistical concepts (e.g. RCTs, uncertainty)
*Experience working with SQL and a BI tool (Tableau or similar)
*Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, client-friendly insights
*Experience in a client-facing or agency environment is beneficial
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
