Client Engagement Assistant – North East (Hybrid)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading national financial planning organisation that prides itself on delivering outstanding client service and modern, technology-enabled financial advice.
As a Client Engagement Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners by coordinating client onboarding, managing review meetings, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a background in financial services who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
What you’ll be doing:
*Coordinating client onboarding and annual review meetings
*Handling client and provider enquiries
*Maintaining accurate client records
*Supporting Financial Planners and internal teams
*Ensuring processes follow regulatory and internal standards
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in Financial Services (advice/wealth management ideal)
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work across multiple systems (training provided)
*A proactive, client-focused approach

*Location: North East (hybrid working – approx. 60% office / 40% home)
*Contract: Permanent
