Job Description:

Description
*Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
*Prepare, format, and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
*Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and electronic, for easy access and retrieval.
*Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
*Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as appropriate or providing assistance where possible.
*Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
*Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and reorder items as needed.
*Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Profile
A successful Secretary should have:
*Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage varied responsibilities effectively.
*Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
