Job Description:
Purchasing /Accounts Administrator
# IMMEDIATE START #
Main Responsibilities
*Raise purchase orders based on instructions.
*Receive goods into the system.
*Process and input supplier invoices.
*Run reports to identify overdue or unreceived purchase orders.
*Credit card reconciliation.
*Supplier statement reconciliation.
*Chase suppliers for updates on missing or delayed goods.
*Support with related ad-hoc admin tasks.
*Liaise with customers regarding order updates.
Skills & Experience Needed
*Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
*Ability to switch between tasks and handle interruptions.
*Ideally Sage experience (to reduce training time before May).
*Best suited to someone currently working in a similar role rather than someone returning after a long break.
Working Hours & Location
*8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
*Fully office-based.
*Based in Aylesford.
*Driver required – no public transport available to the estate.
