IFA Administrator Opportunity– South Glasgow - Free Parking
Hybrid & Flexible Working – Part Time Options

Our client in South Glasgow is expanding and looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their supportive, friendly and well-established team. With hybrid working (2 – 3 working from home) and free parking, it’s the perfect blend of flexibility and stability.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you’ll keep the advice process running seamlessly by providing high-quality support to advisers and clients. Expect a varied, rewarding workload where no two days are the same:
*Processing applications across pensions, investments, protection & more
*Working closely with over 20 providers to chase, check and complete documentation
*Maintaining accurate client records and tracking business progress
*Actioning policy amendments, fund switches, withdrawals and income requests
*Ensuring all work meets FCA, AML and Data Protection requirements
*Collaborating with your team and contributing to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
*Previous financial services administration experience (IFA admin ideal — pensions backgrounds welcomed too!)
*Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
*Confident communication skills and a proactive mindset
*A collaborative, team-focused approach
