Job Description:
A busy and friendly organisation in Orpington is seeking a Temporary Credit Controller with solid Sage 50 experience. You’ll be working onsite as part of their established accounts team, taking responsibility for the credit control function while supporting with invoicing and general accounts administration.
This temporary position is ideal for someone confident with Sage who can join the team quickly and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing the full credit control process
*Processing and managing invoices using Sage 50
*Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
*Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts
*Investigating and resolving payment or account queries
*Providing admin support to the wider accounts team
*Maintaining accurate aged debtor reports
*Ensuring all customer details and records are up to date
Must-Have Skills & Experience
*Sage 50 experience
*Proven credit control background within Sage
*Experience in invoicing and general accounts administration
*Comfortable working on-site as part of an office-based team
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail
*Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
