Accounts Assistant / Semi-Senior
Hornchurch, Essex
£25,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
You’ll be working with a varied portfolio of clients, gaining exposure across multiple areas including:
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Management accounts
• VAT returns
• Client liaison and query resolution
• Supporting senior staff on more complex assignments
You’ll have real ownership of your work and clients, not just be stuck ticking boxes.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and Sage (IRIS advantageous)
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• A desire to progress and develop your career
