Supportive IFA | Quality Clients | Career Development
A well-established and growing Independent Financial Advice firm is seeking a Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser to join their collaborative and client-focused team.

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a business that offers:
• Access to existing clients and ongoing leads (not purely self-generated)

What We’re Looking For
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) – essential

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A client-first mindset with a focus on long-term outcomes
• Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach

What’s on Offer
• Competitive basic salary (DOE) £65,000
• Bonus / OTE potential
• Hybrid working and flexibility
• Full paraplanning and admin support
• Access to quality clients and/or leads
