£95 - £120 per day

Hays Education is working in partnership with a high performing secondary school in Manchester to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start at Easter, continuing through the summer term.

Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 in and out of the classroom
*Work closely with teachers to support learning and engagement
*Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
*Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Support pupils with additional needs where required
*A varied role working in all areas of the school with the option to specialise
What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience working with young people (school based experience desirable)
*A calm, patient and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting secondary age learners
