Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our valued client. This Sales Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent (Right to Work in the UK required)
About the Role:
• Managing daily administrative and operational tasks within the sales office
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Processing sales orders, quotations and contracts accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation
• Supporting wider teams with workflow, reporting and general coordination
• Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
About You:
• Experience within a similar role (sales administration or business support desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/Database systems
• Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
