Job Description:
KS2 Teacher (ECT or Experienced) Required – ’GOOD’ Primary School, PR3• Full-time KS2 Teacher required for maternity cover starting June 2026
• Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers
• Supportive SLT with full induction available for Early Career Teachers
• Easily accessible by public transport and car
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a ’GOOD’ Primary School in the PR3 area who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team from after May half-term 2026. This is a full-time maternity cover running for a full academic year, with the school expecting the successful teacher to commit until at least February 2027, with potential for extension.
The school is well known for its inclusive, nurturing ethos and its strong community feel. The Head Teacher is seeking a passionate practitioner who can bring creativity, positivity and high expectations to their KS2 team. You will receive consistent support from the SLT as well as the wider Key Stage 2 department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Key Stage 2 and possess a secure knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs would be highly beneficial. Strong behaviour management, resilience, and the ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils are essential.
