The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, working closely with teaching staff to ensure every child is supported effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The SEN Teaching Assistant will:
*Support the delivery of tailored learning activities
*Provide one-to-one and small group support
*Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
*Encourage confidence, independence, and participation
*Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and professionals
Requirements

*Have previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential)
