Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Van Driver (3.5T) to join our team. The role involves delivering furniture across the UK, starting from our warehouse in Shipdham (IP25 7SD).
This is a physically active role with a mix of driving and manual handling, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering furniture to customers across the UK
*Loading and unloading items from the van
*Completing approximately 10 deliveries (drops) per route
*Ensuring safe handling and transportation of goods
*Providing good customer service at delivery points
*Completing delivery paperwork where required
Working Pattern:
*3-4 days per week
*Early starts (typically 05:00-06:00)
*Routes lasting approximately 10-14 hours per day
Requirements:
*Full UK driving licence (Category B - up to 3.5T)
*Ability to handle heavy items (manual handling required)
*Good time management and reliability
*Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
*Previous delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
