The Company
Nigel Wright have been appointed to support Neptune North with multiple hires into their Newcastle office. Neptune North are a Joint Venture between Oliver Wyman and Rokos Capital Management specialising in providing premium technology consulting services.

The Role
Are you a recent graduate with a strong academic track record and a degree from a Russell Group university or an international equivalent? Are you ambitious, analytical, and ready to make a real impact in a rapidly growing business?
We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre graduate to join our client at an exciting stage of growth. This is more than just a graduate role – it’s a launchpad for a fast-tracked career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. A 2:1 or above from a Russell Group university or globally recognised equivalent
Responsibilities *Design, prioritise, build and perform daily controls through a suite of reconciliations (position, trade, cash) across Equities, Fixed Income, Rates, Futures, Credit and Commodities asset classes
*Provide extensive core operational support and input to the continued build-out of infrastructure across the business, working with both technology and external vendors to build out efficient and scalable processes across both new and existing product verticals
*Review of breaks in electronic affirmation platforms (Traiana, CTM, TRM/Harmony, MarkitWire, PB portals)
*Ensure oversight and appropriate escalation responses are in place for all post-trade processes performed by the third-party administrator

*Strong A-level results
*A commercially-minded self-starter with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
*A genuine interest in business, strategy, or operations
*Adaptability, resilience, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced setting
