*Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
*Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
*Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
*Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting systems.
*Provide support during audits, ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries.
*Handle payroll processes and ensure timely payments to staff and suppliers.


Profile
A successful Part Time Finance Assistant should have:
